Ghana Campus Network FAQ
- How do I create a post?
- Click Create a Post at the top right of the Home page
- Select a category for your post (for example: Event, Item for Sale, Personal)
- Complete the required information for your post (marked with an *) and enter any other information in the spaces provided.
- Upload an image file if you wish
- Read the Terms of Use and click Accept
- Click Preview to see your post. Make any necessary edits.
- Click Save. Your Post will be displayed for 30 days unless you remove or renew it.
- If you have any problems posting an item, please use the Contact Us link to let us know so that we can help you.
- How do I upload an image to my post?
- Click Create a Post and select a category
- Complete the required information (marked with an *)
- Use the Browse button under Image to locate the image file on your computer
- Make sure the file is no more than 7 MB, between 80 x 80 and 400 x 400 pixels, and is in a png, gif, jpg, or jpeg format.
- Click Upload.
- If you have any problems uploading an image, please use the Contact Us link to let us know so that we can help you.
- How long will my post run?
- Your post will run for 30 days
- How can I remove a post?
- Posts will be removed automatically after 30 days. If you want your post to be removed sooner, use the Contact Us link and send us a request to remove the post. Be sure to include the URL of your post.
- How can I renew a post?
- You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your post is about to expire. If you want to renew your post, follow the directions provided in that e-mail.
- How do I respond to a post?
- Use the contact information provided to communicate directly with the person placing the post.
- What do I do if I respond to a post but get no reply?
- Ghana Campus Network is an online notice board intended to facilitate making connections. We cannot guarantee that use of the site will achieve the desired results.
- How do I advertise on Ghana Campus Network?
- In addition to posting messages, you may purchase advertising space on the site. See the information under the Advertising tab, and use the Contact Us link if you would like a quote.
- How do I search for an item?
- Enter some key words related to the item you are searching for in the search window at the top of the page (e.g. “studio apartment”)
- Use the drop down box to narrow your search by selecting a category of items (e.g. “Housing/Hostel”)
- Click on the Search button to perform your search.
- How do I contact you?
- Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and complete the required information so that we may get back to you as soon as possible.
- Still need help?
- If you have not been able to find the answer to your problem, please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page, fill out the required information, and describe the nature of your problem.
- We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
